I find this comic especially funny as it has a really random feeling to it that I love.
http://www.smbc-comics.comxkcd has become a quintessential of hacker comedy. I don't find it so much funny as clever though.
http://www.xkcd.comThis comic is unique because it has to focus more on its writing than artwork to convey a joke because it uses the same panels for every comic.
http://www.qwantz.comCyanide and Happiness is one of the few comics that has surprised me in the jokes that they tell. Mostly due to it being so crude at times.
http://www.explosm.net/comics/This comic is brilliant in its execution. By simply removing something from an existing comic, a much funnier dark humor comic was created.
http://www.garfieldminusgarfield.netIf you like video games, you probably know what Penny arcade is. I actually enjoy reading it because of the excessiveness antics and not the references to games.
