I'm just going to ignore your obvious mental issues and go over the results of your tests. Your blood work indicates that you had a blockage in your gallbladder, but the ultrasound didn't show anything. So unless you have another attack, just stick to the low fat diet and you should be fine. That's a huge relief doctor. But what did you mean by "obvious mental issues?" You need to leave before I violate my oath.
