This is a really nice place you bought. Thanks, I think it was a good find. There's only one problem. I hear something scurrying around at night. Bunny infestation. They're in the walls. I'll get my tools from the truck. The walls don't have bunnies in them. They're probably chewing on your wiring right now. Don't worry about it man. But... No. Just no. Oh man, you're going to be sorry... That night... What the hell is that noise!?
