I'm closing my account, shouldn't you ask for my old address? I'll need the new address if we are going to transfer your service sir. No, I said I wanted to close my account. Comments (0) - With the new house finally mine and Allan's, I've been slowly moving my stuff and changing my addresses. I tried to close the utility accounts today but the operators were giving me the run around trying to keep me as a customer, it took me half an hour to cancel my Telus account.
